What your customers look for on your website
- Can I call or WhatsApp you?
- Call and WhatsApp large on every screen, one tap on a phone.
- What does a trip to the airport cost?
- Your fixed trips with the price you charge. Only trips and prices you type in.
- Do you pick up from my town?
- The places you cover, one by one.
- Can I travel with a group?
- If you do group transport, it’s with your services.
What’s on your taxi website
Top to bottom, as in the example of Linden Taxis. A block you leave empty stays off, and with up to five pages your services, the part about you and contact each get a page of their own.
- At the top
- In the example, “Early flight? I’ll be at your door.”: your name, what you do and one button to call you.
- Services and prices
- Each service on its own line with the price you set; the example has 5 lines, such as ‘Trip to Dublin Airport’, ‘Trip to Connolly Station’ and ‘Trip to Heuston Station’.
- Booking
- Only with Online booking: customers pick a service such as ‘Trip to Dublin Airport’, a day and a time themselves; you set how long each service takes in your account, where the calendar is too.
- About you
- In the example, “You ring me, you ride with me”: who you are and how you work, with your own photo if you have one.
- Reviews
- Only reviews from your own customers that you add yourself; without reviews this block stays off.
- Where you work
- The places you cover, one by one; the example has 8: Dublin city, Drumcondra, Glasnevin, Santry and more.
- Request a ride
- Only with the quote form and inbox: customers fill in ‘Pick-up address’, ‘Destination’, ‘Pick-up date and time’, ‘Number of people’ and ‘Phone number’, and each request lands in the inbox in your account.
- Contact
- In the example, “Book a trip”: call, WhatsApp and email, and your address with a directions link if you show it.
One price a year. Domain and hosting included.
First year €67.76 incl. VAT (€56 excl. VAT), then €43.56 a year (€36 excl. VAT). You only pay once you’ve seen your website and approved it. Want to stop? Questions from taxi drivers
What should I watch with prices on my website?
Only put prices on your website that you really charge. Taxi fares are regulated (in Ireland the National Transport Authority sets the maximum fare), so check that your fixed prices stay within the rules for your licence.
Can customers request a trip through the website?
Through the quote form on your website. Your customer fills in the pickup address, destination, date and time, with their phone number so you can confirm. Every request lands in the inbox in your account and you get an email. The form costs €18.15 to set up and €29.04 a year, incl. VAT (it comes with the Tradesman package). Without the form, customers simply call, message or email you.
Can I put “24 hours a day” on my website?
If it’s true and you type it, yes. The AI never writes “24/7” or “within 10 minutes” unless you give it.
Can I mention school or hospital transport?
Only if you really drive it. The AI never adds contracts or kinds of transport you don’t mention.
How much does a website cost for a taxi business?
Website, 1 page: €67.76 the first year, then €43.56 a year, incl. VAT. Your fixed trips with prices, the area you cover, and call and WhatsApp in plain view. Website, 1 page, with quote form and inbox: €114.95 the first year, then €72.60 a year. Passengers request a trip in advance: pick-up address, destination, time and number of people. You confirm with a call or a message. Tradesman: up to 5 pages with quote form and inbox: €143.99 the first year, then €72.60 a year. A page of its own for airport runs or group transport, say, with the same trip form. The first year covers making your website, hosting, https and the domain name (a new one in your name, or your own); the years after cover hosting, the domain name and the add-ons you keep. Excl. VAT, that’s €56, then €36 a year.
How soon is my website online?
You see it while you fill in your details, on a computer and on a phone; the copy is written in about half a minute. Once you approve it and pay, it goes online straight away. Then I check it myself, within one working day. If the system flags something, I check first and the site goes online after that. Already have a domain name? Your website runs on it as soon as you’ve set the DNS records at your registrar; you get an email when it’s ready.
About paying, your domain name, cancelling and who writes the copy: see the general questions.

AI writes, I check
AI drafts the text from what you tell it. I check every new website myself, within one working day after it goes online.
You pay after you’ve seen it
You see your own website first and only pay once you approve it.
Nothing locked in
Your domain name is registered in your name, and you can download your whole website as a zip file at any time.
