What pupils and parents look for

Parents and adult beginners ask the same three things: which instrument, when can I come, and what does a lesson or a term cost? Your site puts your teaching week on a timetable, your prices on punch cards with a box per lesson, and a way to ask for a first lesson at the top.

Do you teach piano, guitar or singing?
Your lessons one per line, as you name them: "Piano, 30 minutes", "Guitar for children", "Singing, group of four".
When are your lessons?
The days and hours you teach as a week timetable, today’s column marked. On a phone it becomes a list.
What does it cost?
Each price on its own card. Put the number in the name ("10 lessons") and the card gets ten boxes, like a punch card.
Can we try a lesson first?
A message, WhatsApp or your booking link from the top. A first lesson only appears if you offer one, at the price you set.

Questions from music teachers

Will the site mention grade exams or results?

Only what you type. Exam boards, grades your pupils passed, a conservatoire or years of teaching never appear unless you give them, and the site never promises that anyone will pass.

Many of my pupils are children. Is that a problem?

No. The form asks what someone would like to start with and when they usually have time; it never asks a child’s age or health. A parent can write on their child’s behalf.

Can pupils book a lesson online?

If you already use a booking app or calendar, we put the link on your site at no extra cost. You can also add Online booking while you build your site: pupils pick a day and a time, and you see it in your account. Nobody pays through your site.

I teach at home or online. Do I need an address on the site?

No. Leave the address off and say in your lessons where they happen. Teach in a studio? Then the address goes on with a route link.
