Withdrawal: 14 days to change your mind

Ordering as a private person (not for your business or profession)? Then you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days, without giving a reason. The period ends 14 days after the day your order was completed (you approved it and your payment went through). Paid on 1 March? Then you can withdraw up to and including 15 March. An extra or changes you buy later each have their own 14 days.

How to withdraw

• With the form below, without logging in. Also for an extra or changes you bought.
• With the "Withdraw from the contract" or "Withdraw purchase" button in your account, while your period runs.
• By email to hallo@tegnest.com.
• With the model withdrawal form below. You may use it, but you don’t have to.

Withdraw without logging in

Fill in your name, the email address you ordered with and your domain name or order number. You first see your statement; then you confirm it. You get a confirmation of receipt with the date and time straight away. That moment counts for your withdrawal. Then we look up your order.

Did you choose "For my business or profession" when ordering, but actually ordered for yourself? Use this form too. We’ll check it.

This form stays available at all times, also after 14 days: sometimes the period runs longer, for example when you didn’t get all the information when ordering. We check that.
