What your clients look for on your website
- Which treatments do you do, and what do they cost?
- A price card: each treatment with its name, a short line on what it is and the price. Add “from” where that’s true.
- When can I come in?
- A button to your online calendar, your own booking link or WhatsApp, and again at the bottom on an appointment card with your name, address and number.
- Are you open today?
- Your opening hours like the sign on the door: today highlighted, closed days quiet.
- Will I feel at ease there?
- Photos of your own salon, if you have them. Otherwise a calm photo of a treatment room from my library.
What’s on your beauty salon website
Top to bottom, as in the example of Studio Fox. A block you leave empty stays off, and with up to five pages your services, the part about you and contact each get a page of their own.
- At the top
- In the example, “Nails, skin and an hour for yourself”: your name, what you do and one button to book an appointment (with your own booking link or Online booking), or else to message you on WhatsApp.
- Services and prices
- Each service on its own line with the price you set; the example has 8 lines, such as ‘Manicure, 45 min’, ‘Gel polish hands, 60 min’ and ‘BIAB new set, 75 min’.
- Booking
- Only with Online booking: customers pick a service such as ‘Manicure, 45 min’, a day and a time themselves; you set how long each service takes in your account, where the calendar is too.
- About you
- In the example, “One chair, no rush”: who you are and how you work, with your own photo if you have one.
- Reviews
- Only reviews from your own customers that you add yourself; without reviews this block stays off.
- Opening hours
- Your hours for each day, with today highlighted; the example is open 5 days, the first from 09:30 to 17:30.
- Request an appointment
- Only with the quote form and inbox: customers fill in ‘Which treatment’, ‘Preferred date’ and ‘Preferred time’, and each request lands in the inbox in your account.
- Contact
- In the example, “Contact and directions”: call, WhatsApp and email, and your address with a directions link if you show it.
One price a year. Domain and hosting included.
First year €67.76 incl. VAT (€56 excl. VAT), then €43.56 a year (€36 excl. VAT). You only pay once you’ve seen your website and approved it. Want to stop? Your domain name stays yours and you can download your website as a zip. The domain name: a new one (.eu, .com, .nl, .be, .fr or .at) registered in your name, or one you already own.

Elsewhere the price depends on who builds your site, not on your trade. Wix and Squarespace over three years, with dated sources: website cost.

Questions from beauty salons
Can clients book online?
Yes, in two ways. If you already use an online booking system, such as Fresha, Phorest or Treatwell, your website links to it; that costs nothing extra. Or you add online booking: clients pick a service, a day and a time in the calendar on your website, and you set your services, times and days off in your account. That costs €30.25 to set up and €72.60 a year, incl. VAT.
Does this work for a nail bar or lash studio?
Yes. You put in your own treatments; a price card works for nails, lashes, waxing or facials just as well.
Should my prices include VAT?
If you sell to the public, show prices as the client pays them, so including VAT if you’re registered for it.
Can I mention my training and certificates?
Only if you type it yourself. Qualifications, certificates or promises about results you don’t mention, the AI never puts on your website.
Will new clients find my salon on Google?
Your website runs on your own domain name, Google can read it, and the code says what kind of business you are, your address if you show it, your hours and the places you cover. When someone searches “beauty salon near me”, Google often shows businesses on the map first; for that you need a free Google Business Profile. Your account has a short checklist to set it up and to ask customers for a review. Nobody can promise you a top spot, and I won’t either.
How much does a website cost for a beauty salon?
Website, 1 page: €67.76 the first year, then €43.56 a year, incl. VAT. Your treatment menu and a button to WhatsApp, call or your own booking link. Website, 1 page, with online booking: €170.61 the first year, then €116.16 a year. Clients choose a treatment, a day and a time themselves; you set how long each treatment takes. Website, up to 5 pages, with online booking: €205.70 the first year, then €116.16 a year. Face, nails or lashes each on a page of their own, with the calendar on it. The first year covers making your website, hosting, https and the domain name (a new one in your name, or your own); the years after cover hosting, the domain name and the add-ons you keep. Excl. VAT, that’s €56, then €36 a year.
How soon is my website online?
You see it while you fill in your details, on a computer and on a phone; the copy is written in about half a minute. Once you approve it and pay, it goes online straight away. Then I check it myself, within one working day. If the system flags something, I check first and the site goes online after that. Already have a domain name? Your website runs on it as soon as you’ve set the DNS records at your registrar; you get an email when it’s ready.

Why it costs less
No agency hours and no surprises. This is where the price difference comes from, and what you can check yourself.
Designs made in advance, per trade
Each design is built once for one trade. You fill in your details instead of paying for a designer’s hours.
AI writes, I check
AI drafts the text from what you tell it. I check every new website myself, within one working day after it goes online.
You pay after you’ve seen it
You see your own website first and only pay once you approve it.
Nothing locked in
Your domain name is registered in your name, and you can download your whole website as a zip file at any time.
