What people look for on a florist’s website

People who look up a florist usually want something for a set day: flowers for a birthday, a funeral tribute, a wedding bouquet. They want to see what you make and roughly what it costs, then ring you. Your site writes your bouquets with your “from” prices on a kraft roll, puts your hours on the card in the window and your number at the top.

What does a bouquet cost?
Your bouquets, plants and arrangements with the price you type, “from” prices included, written by hand on the kraft roll.
Can I order a funeral tribute or a wedding bouquet?
One tap to call or message you, at the top of every page. With the order form extra they send what, for which day and roughly when, and you ring them back.
Are you open today?
Your opening hours on the card in the window, today circled, with your address and a route link.
What does your work look like?
Your own photos of your bouquets and your shop. We never put stock photos of someone else’s flowers on your site.

Questions florists ask

Can customers order flowers online and have them delivered?

No. This isn’t a webshop: there’s no cart, nobody pays on your site and we don’t promise delivery. Customers call or message you, or send an order slip if you add the order form. If you deliver yourself, add it as a line with your price.

Will the site say how long my flowers last?

Only if you type it. How long a bouquet lasts, plant care, whether a plant is safe for pets, or a network such as Interflora: our system never adds those on its own.

My flowers change with the seasons. Can I update them myself?

Yes. You change your products, prices and hours in your account, and they go live straight away.

The examples show a bakery. Is that what I get?

You get the same design with your name as the stamp, your own bouquets and prices, and your own colour. The bakery is our made-up example.
