Cancel contracts here

Here you cancel your hosting or an extra, without logging in. You get a confirmation by email straight away, with what you sent, the date and time, and the end date. You can also cancel in your account.

You can always cancel ordinarily, without a reason (articles 8 and B3 of the terms). For a business the contract ends at the end of the paid year. As a private person it ends as early as possible, which is the day we receive your cancellation, or on a later date you choose below; you get the money for the days after that back. Only choose an extraordinary cancellation if you rely on a special reason.
