What your customers look for on your website

What does a service or a pre-NCT check cost?
Your prices as lines on a job card: work on the left, amount on the right. Only the prices you type; no made-up totals.
Are you open today?
Your workshop hours in a table, with today highlighted.
Can I call you?
“Call” is the big button at the top, WhatsApp next to it. On a phone, one tap.
Can I book the car in?
With online booking your customer picks a day and time for the service or the tyre change. Without it they call or message you.

What’s on your garage website

Top to bottom, as in the example of Crankshaft Motors. A block you leave empty stays off, and with up to five pages your services, the part about you and contact each get a page of their own.

At the top
In the example, “Servicing and repairs in Cork”: your name, what you do and one button to call you.
Services and prices
Each service on its own line with the price you set; the example has 7 lines, such as ‘Pre-NCT check’, ‘Interim service’ and ‘Full service’.
Booking
Only with Online booking: customers pick a service such as ‘Pre-NCT check’, a day and a time themselves; you set how long each service takes in your account, where the calendar is too.
Opening hours
Your hours for each day, with today highlighted; the example is open 6 days, the first from 07:45 to 17:30.
About you
In the example, “On Industrial Road since 1998”: who you are and how you work, with your own photo if you have one.
Reviews
Only reviews from your own customers that you add yourself; without reviews this block stays off.
Request an appointment
Only with the quote form and inbox: customers fill in ‘Make and model’, ‘What needs doing’, ‘Preferred date’ and ‘Preferred time’, and each request lands in the inbox in your account.
Contact
In the example, “Call in or ring us”: call, WhatsApp and email, and your address with a directions link if you show it.

One price a year. Domain and hosting included.

First year €67.76 incl. VAT (€56 excl. VAT), then €43.56 a year (€36 excl. VAT). You only pay once you’ve seen your website and approved it. Want to stop? Questions from garages

Can I show my service prices?

Yes. Each job goes in your list with your own price, “from” where that’s true. A line like “Same-day service” only appears if you type it.

Can I change my rates myself?

Yes. Services, prices, workshop hours and your phone number: you change them yourself in your account, for free, and they’re live straight away.

Can customers book online?

Yes, in two ways. If you already use an online booking system, your website links to it; that costs nothing extra. Or you add online booking: customers pick a service, a day and a time in the calendar on your website, and you set your services, times and days off in your account. That costs €30.25 to set up and €72.60 a year, incl. VAT.

Can I say I’m an approved or main dealer?

Only if you type it yourself. Approvals, memberships and brand dealerships you don’t mention, the AI never puts on your website.

Will drivers find my garage on Google?

Your website runs on your own domain name, Google can read it, and the code says what kind of business you are, your address if you show it, your hours and the places you cover. When someone searches “garage near me”, Google often shows businesses on the map first; for that you need a free Google Business Profile. Your account has a short checklist to set it up and to ask customers for a review. Nobody can promise you a top spot, and I won’t either.

How much does a website cost for a garage?

Website, 1 page: €67.76 the first year, then €43.56 a year, incl. VAT. Your prices on the job card, your workshop hours and one tap to call. Website, 1 page, with quote form and inbox: €114.95 the first year, then €72.60 a year. A request with the registration and what’s wrong, for a price up front. Tradesman: up to 5 pages with quote form and inbox: €143.99 the first year, then €72.60 a year. Servicing, tyres, repairs and contact each on a page of their own, with the quote form on them. Website, 1 page, with online booking: €170.61 the first year, then €116.16 a year. Customers book a service, a pre-NCT check or a tyre change themselves, on a day and time that suits you. The first year covers making your website, hosting, https and the domain name (a new one in your name, or your own); the years after cover hosting, the domain name and the add-ons you keep. Excl. VAT, that’s €56, then €36 a year.

How soon is my website online?

You see it while you fill in your details, on a computer and on a phone; the copy is written in about half a minute. Once you approve it and pay, it goes online straight away. Then I check it myself, within one working day. If the system flags something, I check first and the site goes online after that. Already have a domain name? Your website runs on it as soon as you’ve set the DNS records at your registrar; you get an email when it’s ready.

About paying, your domain name, cancelling and who writes the copy: see the general questions.

Why it costs less

No agency hours and no surprises. This is where the price difference comes from, and what you can check yourself.

Designs made in advance, per trade

Each design is built once for one trade. You fill in your details instead of paying for a designer’s hours.

AI writes, I check

AI drafts the text from what you tell it. I check every new website myself, within one working day after it goes online.

You pay after you’ve seen it

You see your own website first and only pay once you approve it.

Nothing locked in

Your domain name is registered in your name, and you can download your whole website as a zip file at any time.
