What your customers look for on your website
- What do you clean?
- Your services as rows on a cleaning rota: offices, homes, windows, end-of-tenancy. No ticks, just what you do.
- What does it cost?
- A price column, if you add prices: per hour, per clean or from.
- Do you work in my town?
- The places you cover, one by one.
- How do I ask for a quote?
- With the quote form, in two steps. The request lands in your account and your email.
What’s on your cleaning website
Top to bottom, as in the example of Sparkle Cleaning. A block you leave empty stays off, and with up to five pages your services, the part about you and contact each get a page of their own.
- At the top
- In the example, “A clean workplace, every week”: your name, what you do and one button to fill in the form.
- Services and prices
- Each service on its own line with the price you set; the example has 6 lines, such as ‘Office cleaning’, ‘Home cleaning’ and ‘Window cleaning’.
- Booking
- Only with Online booking: customers pick a service such as ‘Office cleaning’, a day and a time themselves; you set how long each service takes in your account, where the calendar is too.
- Reviews
- Only reviews from your own customers that you add yourself; without reviews this block stays off.
- Where you work
- The places you cover, one by one; the example has 6: Dublin city, Drumcondra, Glasnevin, Phibsborough and more.
- Request a quote
- Only with the quote form and inbox: customers fill in ‘Type of property’, ‘How often’, ‘Postcode’ and ‘Floor area in m²’, and each request lands in the inbox in your account.
- Contact
- In the example, “Ask for a quote”: call, WhatsApp and email, and your address with a directions link if you show it.
One price a year. Domain and hosting included.
First year €67.76 incl. VAT (€56 excl. VAT), then €43.56 a year (€36 excl. VAT). You only pay once you’ve seen your website and approved it. Want to stop? Your domain name stays yours and you can download your website as a zip. The domain name: a new one (.eu, .com, .nl, .be, .fr or .at) registered in your name, or one you already own.

Questions from cleaning companies
How do quote requests come in?
Through the quote form on your website. Your customer says what needs cleaning and how big it is. Every request lands in the inbox in your account and you get an email. The form costs €18.15 to set up and €29.04 a year, incl. VAT (it comes with the Tradesman package). Without the form, customers simply call, message or email you.
Can I serve both businesses and households?
Yes. Put both kinds of service in. Show prices for households as they pay them, including VAT if you’re registered.
Can I show how often I come?
Yes, if you add it to the service, such as “weekly” or “every two weeks”. The AI never invents frequencies or set times you don’t give.
I also work evenings and weekends
Your hours sit in a weekly rota, with today highlighted. Fill them in the way you work; you change them yourself in your account.
Will customers find me on Google?
Your website runs on your own domain name, Google can read it, and the code says what kind of business you are, your address if you show it, your hours and the places you cover. When someone searches “cleaning company near me”, Google often shows businesses on the map first; for that you need a free Google Business Profile. Your account has a short checklist to set it up and to ask customers for a review. Nobody can promise you a top spot, and I won’t either.
How much does a website cost for a cleaning company?
Website, 1 page: €67.76 the first year, then €43.56 a year, incl. VAT. Your services as a cleaning rota, the places you cover and one tap to call. Website, 1 page, with quote form and inbox: €114.95 the first year, then €72.60 a year. A request for an office, a home or an end-of-tenancy clean, with the size and how often. Tradesman: up to 5 pages with quote form and inbox: €143.99 the first year, then €72.60 a year. Offices, homes, windows and the places you cover each on a page of their own, with the quote form on them. The first year covers making your website, hosting, https and the domain name (a new one in your name, or your own); the years after cover hosting, the domain name and the add-ons you keep. Excl. VAT, that’s €56, then €36 a year.
How soon is my website online?
You see it while you fill in your details, on a computer and on a phone; the copy is written in about half a minute. Once you approve it and pay, it goes online straight away. Then I check it myself, within one working day. If the system flags something, I check first and the site goes online after that. Already have a domain name? Your website runs on it as soon as you’ve set the DNS records at your registrar; you get an email when it’s ready.
About paying, your domain name, cancelling and who writes the copy: see the general questions.

AI drafts the text from what you tell it. I check every new website myself, within one working day after it goes online.
You pay after you’ve seen it
You see your own website first and only pay once you approve it.
Nothing locked in
Your domain name is registered in your name, and you can download your whole website as a zip file at any time.
