About Keystone
Since 2009 we’ve been working on roofs across west and north Dublin. Flat or pitched, a new covering or one loose tile: you talk to the roofer who goes up there too.
There are four of us, with our own scaffolding. After the job you get photos of your roof, so you see what was done.

Often asked
Flat roof: felt or EPDM?
Both are good. Felt goes on in two layers, EPDM is one rubber sheet with no seams. After a look we tell you what suits your roof.
Can you work in the rain?
A leak we’ll patch in the rain, as well as it can be done. A new roof we do on dry days.
Do I need to be home?
Not for a survey from the outside. If the leak shows inside, we’d like to see the spot.
