Work and prices
Prices include VAT. For hourly work we charge from the moment we walk in your door, not the travel time.
Leak detection and repair
We find the leak with a moisture meter and thermal camera, even behind tiles and in the floor, and only open up where the leak is.

Drain unblocking
Sink, shower, toilet or the drain in the garden. By rod or jetting, and a camera if it keeps coming back.

Boiler service
Boiler cleaned, burner set, flue gas measured, pressure and expansion vessel checked. You get the service report.

With an RCBO per circuit, ready for induction, a heat pump or an EV charger.

About Hogan Plumbing & Heating
Since 2009 we’ve been doing the plumbing, heating and electrics for homes and small businesses in Galway. Three engineers and a van full of parts, so it’s usually sorted on the first visit.
You call us, not a call centre, and you get the engineer who actually does the work.

Frequently asked questions
Do you come out evenings or weekends?
For leaks and boiler breakdowns, yes. Other work we plan on weekdays, early mornings if that suits.
What does a call-out outside office hours cost?
The same hourly rate with a surcharge for evenings and weekends. We tell you on the phone before we come.
How often does my boiler need a service?
Once a year for most boilers. We put you on the list and ring when it’s due again.
