We’re a building company from Limerick and have worked for homeowners in the county since 2012.

You deal with the site foreman himself, from the first visit to the keys. If something changes, you hear it from him.

Do you come and look first?

Yes. We call out, measure up and talk through what you want. Then you get the quote in writing, with what is and isn’t included.

Do you sort out planning permission?

We help with the drawings and the application to the council if your work needs permission.

Can we stay in the house during the work?

Usually, yes. We agree beforehand which rooms we close off, and we tidy up every day before we leave.
